#02 Cracking Corregidor

I’m taking a look at some of the Characters from Corregidor Jurisdictional Command (CJC) and some of the well known units.

Mcmurrough –  Over my first four games with this guy he only caused one wound and used more than fifteen orders in total.  As I started learning to use his kit the kills really began to add up and I realized why this dog has a reputation.  He is a fantastic sweeper and with paramedic support sometimes he can do it twice.

Carlota – This humble engineer doubles as a deadly assassin.  She has amazing flexibility, and can really put pressure on the board where your opponent is weakest.  Even if she is not on the roster, a fourteen order list will make your opponent think carefully

Senor Massacre – The effigy of Deadpool, this wildcard makes a great bodyguard for the Gecko.  He is a little expensive for one wound but his eclipse grenades let his fireteam find the right range bands easily.

Intruder – A unit that might be a little expensive for one wound, but it has excellent gunfighting potential.  I recommend the HMG, and saving an order to re-enter camouflage.  To get extra spicy add smoke

Vostok – In a Harris and with EVO support this REM is lethal.  It has a very big base at S4,  so even with climbing plus it’s not very mobile.  It has a repeater and can perform some neat maneuvers when linked with a hacker

Moran – The SWC cost of 0.5 hurts, but these guys have over performed in many of my games.  Passively they will slow the enemy advance and in active they can upset enemy AROs with their kit (even without the repeater).  The Aussie No#1 https://www.youtube.com/@R0bertShepherd, says; “Moran’s are a noob trap”, so I am trying to reduce my intake to one Moran per list.

Vertigo Zond – OMG Guided, Right?! Wrong.  Even with the great hackers and the turn zero network, guided is overrated.  Experienced players will stealth past repeaters or remove them.  I prefer to use my SWC elsewhere.
